Las Vegas Lifestyle

There are literally hundreds of things to do in Las Vegas. Obviously the majority of people know that the casinos are one of the most exciting places to visit, but there is so much more to Las Vegas than that. Consider this a guide of great things to do when you are in Las Vegas, even if you are not old enough to drink or gamble!

One of the things Las Vegas is great for is the shows and stage performances. Just look on most of the street corners, or go down to the strip and you will see plenty of promotion related to the biggest, best and upcoming stage performances and shows. For example, the Disney’s Lion King Show is a smash hit and is something that all the family can enjoy. Many people have said that the Lion King Show was the highlight of the trip; especially for the children!

Another great show to go and check out is the KA by Cirque de Soleil. Essentially what this is is a stage show. They have incorporated acrobatics and circus style performances into a stage show which makes it one of the most exciting shows in town. The MGM Grand is usually the host to the show so go and check out their notice board to see what is on!

Getting to know Las Vegas is also something that can be extremely exciting and interesting. The great thing is that there are tours that cover the whole of Las Vegas. These tours focus on the biggest areas of interest for tourists and are certainly worth a go. They offer people the chance to get around Las Vegas without driving and see the sights, with a tour guide riding along to. Remember though; the majority of the tours are quite long, with some going on as long as 15 hours!

A visit to Las Vegas would not be complete without a trip to see some of the rides in the local area. Head over to the Stratosphere Tower for a start. This tower is home to the Sky Jump which is set on the 108th floor. If you want to get some adrenaline pumping, then this is certainly the place for you.

People that want to take a break from the strip could even go and visit the Adventuredome. This is home to 5.5 acres of fun which incorporates 25 different attractions all for your pleasure. The best thing about the Adventuredome is that it offers the experience of a Disney park, at a fraction of the price. The entrance fee is just $30 and then visitors pay for the rides that they want to go on.

If driving is your thing, then you should head over to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This place has given hours of fun to thousands of visitors. Here, people get the chance to drive the likes of Lamborghinis, Ferraris and much more. All that visitors’ need is to be over 18 and have a valid driving license to take part.

Finally, not trip to Las Vegas would be complete without learning a bit of the local history. The best place to find out all the useful and interesting information is the Neon Museum. This includes some of the most historic parts of Las Vegas history and gives all the family the chance to learn what Las Vegas is all about.
When it comes to things to do in Las Vegas, there is little chance of boredom occurring. There are thousands of places to visit, attractions, rides, museums, golf clubs, bars and casinos to keep all the family entertained throughout!
